Do you need my Whatnot login?

No. PULSE never asks for it and can’t get into your account. It reads public live shows, the same ones anybody can watch, so there’s nothing to connect and nothing on your shop it could change. PULSE is independent and not affiliated with Whatnot.

How does the free trial work?

The trial is for first-time subscribers, one per person. If you’ve had Pro before, there’s no second trial and checkout charges the plan price right away. On a first trial, Stripe takes a card to start it and you get all of Pro for 14 days. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and we email you a day or two before. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. If you don’t cancel, the card is charged for the plan you picked, $9.99 a month or $99 a year. Try to go live a few times in those 14 days. That’s when PULSE has the most to show you.

If you cancel, nothing gets deleted. Your linked handle and your follows stay put, and the free pages stay open: the live rankings, every category page and your own public numbers on your seller page.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes. Open Account, tap Manage billing and switch whenever you like. Yearly is $99, which works out to two months free.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Account under Manage billing and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. The refund policy has the details.

Where do the numbers come from?

PULSE counts public Whatnot live shows about once an hour. Once your shop is linked, it also checks your own room about every 2 minutes while you’re live. How PULSE counts has the details and the limits.
