How does the 14-day free trial work?
$0.00 due today. You get full Pro access for 14 days. Stripe handles the billing and nothing is charged until the trial ends, so cancel before then and you pay nothing. If you do cancel, your account, your linked handle, your watchlist and goals stay put, and the free layer stays open to you exactly as it is to everyone. That means the live rankings, every category page, and your own public numbers on your seller page. What pauses is access to the Pro views.
How many trials do I get?
One, ever. We enforce one trial per person, so start yours in a week when you're actually going live and the 14 days can show you something.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time from your account's billing portal and you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. See the refund policy for details.
Where does the data come from?
PULSE reads public Whatnot live-show data, sweeping every tracked category about once an hour, around the clock. Figures come from the latest sweep, so they can sit a little off Whatnot's live counts.
