Peak, shows and first-seen span everything we have banked; average viewers and viewer-minutes cover the recent sweep window only. Peak and average are read sweep by sweep; viewer-minutes add up each sweep's audience multiplied by the minutes until the next one, so they are not the average times hours on air.
